From an AliExpress cart to a client quote
The Chrome extension reads your cart, adds your markup and builds a PDF: a client quote, or a Russian payment invoice in rubles.

Four steps from cart to order
The quote is ready before you buy anything. You place the AliExpress order once your client agrees.
-
Open your cart
The extension reads names, quantities and prices on aliexpress.com, aliexpress.us and aliexpress.ru cart pages. If a field can't be read, it is highlighted and you enter the value yourself.
-
Click “Create invoice”
The button appears on the cart page, and the extension popup offers the same quick path. The full form opens: pick a client and currency, set your markup, rename items if you need to.
-
Download the PDF or print it
You get a client quote in English or Russian, or a Russian payment invoice in rubles with your details, signature and an optional payment QR code.
-
Restore the cart
Once the client has paid, restore the cart from the invoice and place your order. The extension clears the current AliExpress cart first, so it asks for confirmation and shows a report afterwards.
Everything you need to send a quote
- Markup, tax and discount
- Add markup to each line as a percentage or a fixed amount. Tax and discount apply to the whole invoice, and the total updates as you type.
- Currencies and rates
- Supplier prices are converted to the invoice currency using Exchange Rate API data. If a rate isn't available, the extension asks you to enter it and never substitutes one silently. An optional currency buffer protects you from swings.
- Two document types
- A client quote in English or Russian, and a Russian payment invoice in rubles with “Code” and “Unit” fields.
- Clients and invoice history
- Save clients, search and filter invoices, and mark each one as Draft, Sent or Paid. Invoice numbering is configurable.
- Your details, already in the document
- Business profile, logo, signature, payment terms and notes fill in every new invoice. The interface is available in English and Russian.
Your invoices stay in your browser
No account and no server. Creating invoices, history, PDFs and cart restore all work locally.
- One-file backup
- Export all your data, import it on another computer, or clear local storage completely.
- Sync if you want it
- Need the same invoices on two devices? Sign in with Google on the website and generate a sync token. Sync replaces the whole data set and does not merge records one by one, so the extension warns you before a pull overwrites local data.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a customs document?
No. It is a quote or payment invoice from you to your client. The extension does not produce customs documents, determine tax rates or check legal compliance.
Which stores are supported?
AliExpress: aliexpress.com, aliexpress.us and aliexpress.ru, including their subdomains. Both the regular cart and the Russian “Choice” mini-cart work.
How many items can I import?
Up to 500. If your cart has more, the extension explains the limit instead of importing part of it.
Do I need an account?
No. An account is only needed for the optional sync between devices.
Can I take payments through Invoice Builder?
No. There are no payment providers in the extension: your client pays you directly using the details or QR code on the invoice.
